Performance Fluids Ltd headquarters is located in Nelson, Lancashire, England and from here we supply our lubricants for the bakery sector Worldwide through our local distributors and by direct export. These distributors have been selected for being specialists in the baking industry, often being local oven manufacturers, installers or suppliers who already have a strong presence in the baking sector.
For over 20 years Performance Fluids Ltd have been designing, developing and supplying our unique NSF® H1 oven chain lubricants which provide tangible benefits to our customers. Performance Fluids Ltd currently has over 250 bakery customers spread across 5 continents which is a testament to the performance of our products.
Our products have been developed with the support of oven manufacturers and after laboratory simulation tests have undergone extensive monitored field trials at customer sites prior to their launch.
Our oven chain lubricants can be applied in production so improving oven availability through reduced down time, provide for a safer baking environment, reduce oven drive torque and extend chain life. They have little or no odour, are food safe, clean and operator safe.
We have products for all types of ovens which require lubrication; whether you have tunnel ovens, hot plates, muffin lines, continuous/conveyorized ovens, swing tray ovens or wafer ovens.
Performance Fluids Ltd operates a Management System which is registered by a UKAS accredited authority and is fully compliant with the latest versions of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001. We are also BRCGS and Safe Contractor Approved along with all our core products being NSF® H1, Halal and Kosher Certified. All our bakery division staff have completed accredited Food Safety training courses and we have a team of specialist engineers who can diagnose oven chain problems and recommend solutions, determine chain operating temperatures, and provide advice and guidance on chain lubrication issues.
In addition to our oven chain lubricants, we also offer a complete range of food safe lubricants including proofer chain lubricants, freezer and chiller chain lubricants, greases and aerosols.
