Performance Fluids Ltd established
In February, Performance Fluids Ltd was established as a joint venture between the current shareholders and Peter Cremer GbmH of Hamburg. Rheolease 444 sold in Europe. In July, Rheolease products manufactured under licence by Peter Cremer US and sold in the US.
2001
Aunt Bessie’s bakery
CL1800F1 developed and successfully trialled at Aunt Bessie’s bakery in Hull on a spooner vicars oven.
2002
Rheolease 4822 launched
Rheolease 4822 launched to provide excellent slip performance and mandrel cleanliness on both peroxide and sulphur cured EPDM.
2003
Improved lubrication performance
CL1800F1 modified to provide improve lubrication performance on bread ovens
2005
PerFluid GM developed
Polaqumia became the 1st licensee of Rheolease products outside of the joint venture. PerFluid GM developed and launched for hot bread and pizza ovens. PerFluid GM was a capable of being used in an automatic lubrication system and did not require regular chain cleaning.
2006
Hot plate lines
CL1800F1 BA developed for hot plate lines and automatic lubrication systems.

India
Amines and Plasticizers in Mumbai became the licensee for India for Rheolease products
2012
China
Nanjing Wells Chemical Company became the licensee for Rheolease product in China.
2015
PerFluid XPFG launched
PerFluid XPFG launched as an OEM approved food grade chain lubricant for track ( conveyor) ovens.
2017
Turkey
Mevag Teknik Ticaret Ve A.S apppointed as Licensee for Rheolease products in Turkey
2023
Expansion
2023 company relocated to larger premises in Nelson to allow for expansion.
