PerFluoroLube® ST Roller grease is designed for rollers and bearings operating under high loads and at high temperatures.
Soluble anti-corrosion and anti-wear additives are combined with a unique PFPE additive that prevents catalytic degradation caused by the bearing surface, substantially increasing grease life.
Its very high viscosity base fluid reduces oil bleed, improves wet life and reduces re-lubrication requirements. The grease will not thicken or carbonise with time and enables filled-for-life applications.
PerFluoroLube® ST Roller grease can be used in the presence of water, oils and vapour and, in general, with organic substances and solvents that are not highly fluorinated, without being removed, dissolved or modified.
- Will not thicken or carbonise.
- Excellent resistance to aggressive chemicals.
- Unaffected by acids, alkalis, oxygen and chlorine.
- Excellent anti-wear and anti-corrosion properties.
- Temperature range: −30°C to 280°C, with continuous use up to 250°C.
