PerFormance Cooler / Prover Oil is an NSF H1 registered fully synthetic food grade oil specifically designed for the lubrication of chains in bakery provers and coolers. The product contains unique additives to prevent acidic corrosion. The product has excellent water resistance and tackiness additives to ensure the product clings to the bearing surfaces whilst still being able to penetrate the pins and internal bushes.

PerFormance Cooler/Prover Oil can also be used on conveyor chains found in the food industry together with spiral chiller units and steamers operating within a temperature range of – 30^oC to 120^oC. The product can be applied with full confidence through automatic lubrication systems and can also be applied using an oil can.
