PerFormance DFC 3H Grease is an NSF® 3H registered non-toxic odourless high performance grease, containing anti-wear and other additives designed to work over a wide temperature range.
PerFormance DFC 3H Grease is multifunctional, suitable for all plain and anti-friction bearings and for use on sliding surfaces, slicers, mincers, mixers and other machinery in food environments where direct contact with food stuff is unavoidable.
The product can also be used as a Release Agent (3H) on grills, ovens, loaf pans, boning benches, chopping boards, or other hard surfaces in contact with meat and poultry food products to prevent food from adhering during processing.
